| NCRR Steering committee recieves award from Lloyd Inui, JAHSSC | |
| The Japanese American Historical Society of Southern California (JAHSSC) board members join recipients of the society's Adopt-A-Wish program at their shinnenkai party held February 23rd at the Miyako Hybrid Hotel in Torrance. The JAHSSC is "closing shop" this year and gave very generous checks to 7 organizations: Budokan of Los Angeles, East West Players, Friends of Little Tokyo Branch Library, Japanese Institute of Sawtell, Manzanar Committee, Oyakoko Foundation and NCRR. David Ono, anchor, ABC7 Eyewitness News was the Guest Speaker and showed his new video, "The Unknown Warriors of World War II". | |
