NCRR members, Kathy Masaoka and Tony Osumi juried student displays about Pearl Harbor and the WWII Concentration Camps held at the Orthopedic Hospital in Los Angeles. One of the displays was about the Tuskegee airmen, and Major Levi H Thornbill represented them at the event.
