"Gosa" is a Korean worship ritual to the ancestors and the heavens for the well being of family and community, and for the remembrance of those who have passed away. Today's "gosa" has been adapted to honor the past activism against the injustice experienced by Japanese Americans, and to pray for present and future generations of activism addressing unresolved redress issues and current and future civil liberties challenges.
